I used to do a lot more walking in the past due do different location and job, maybe thatâs part of the problem, less incidental exercise. Will be getting out there once the weather clears!

Also an interval walk consisting of 3 minutes of fast walking followed by 3 minutes of slow walking, repeated until 30 minutes is reached, can be effective
