I think itâs exposure to cold can make us run down and more suspectable, if we are already fighting cold viruses we might succumb

Maybe when youâre cold your immune system is a little less robust? Then again I was at the gym yesterday and those places are Petri dish of illnesses sometimes lol

Reduced immune system response if you get chilled I reckon. Also airborne viruses survive much longer in the cold due to a fatty outer layer that evaporates in hot weather and sunshine. Also UV kills viruses and thereâs less of that in cold weather.
