      Doesn’t look like his ears were lucky, but yeah, it exploded vertically lucky for him. But God, imagine the destruction a 90 psi tire would do. Fucking crater where you and the car were.

        Super high pressure tires are supposed to be taken off and filled inside a tire cage for this reason. There are videos, I remember one where a guy had his clothes blown off, others not so lucky.

    I’ve seen truck tires explode with people literally being blown away, not something you walk away from

    Other day, noticed a digital air pump warned not to be near the tire while inflating… oof!! Poor guy

    Also thanks for not posting the one where the guy tries slashing a truck tire :( want to unsee (ages ago)

  Bicycle tires are generally at a higher pressure than car tires. There’s a lot less volume though.
