        Cities tried, shops ended up closing, causing a lot of problems for the community. The corpos won’t make it easy to pull one over on them.

    My mindset is that if you’re going to steal, make it worth it, not risk getting a record and banned from local stores because of few dollars.

  My mind is reeling from the idea that there’s universal codes. I would have imagined that every retailer maintained their own inventory and codes.
