The conference is finally over. If anyone else has been to these types of work conferences, tell me if youâve heard these before:
Thereâs never been a more exciting time to be in your department/industry
Youâre the underdog and the rest of the organisation doesnât realise how important you are
How to get a seat at the table with business leaders
It kind of feels like these conferences are to tell everyone in a similar space how important they are and your workplace would collapse without you.
