Same problem here.
One thing that might help is getting a coffee cup with a lid on it to keep it warm/hot for longer.

I drink my coffee too slow while working so it always end up cold before I finish it and have to microwave it to be warm again. It’s a shameful habit but I can’t seem to drink it faster. I remember at my last job, others would guzzle their coffee like it was water. I’m a sip, forget and sip again type person.

Not a shameful habit. Sip or slurp its personal choice, drink your coffee however you enjoy it. Don’t need to force yourself to be like other people. If you want it to stay warm for longer you could make it in an insulated cup?
