I would like to be in servers where offensive/"racist"/"homophobic" jokes are allowed. The above pretty much precludes that.

However, I just signed up for Element and am using a web instance of that now, and that is currently configured to use Matrix. Most of the Matrix rooms I find are dead.

I evade this just by having every room I'm in E2EE. How do they know if I'm being racist or homophobic if they can't read my messages? LOL
