Dude I live in the middle of the continent. I can drive for nearly 1,000 miles in any direction but north and still be in the US. not only is nearly everything about America for me, but I have nothing to do with anywhere else other than where the shit I buy comes from.
The people you need to bitch at are the enormous corporations expanding across the world like a cancer and the same federal government most of us hate too. You may have to put up with “everything being about America” but we’re drowning in it, please send help.

Sick, I live in the middle of the continent as well! I can also drive 1 mile in each direction and still be in the united states, so must live super close! But I’m a little confused why you use miles? Everybody I know always uses km here in Germany
