Some potential reasons:
- This was taken with Windows’s snipping tool. If you click on the image, it draws. AFAIK the default color is red.
- This was screenshotted on android, and cropped later. They accidentally drew on it when trying to manipulate the image.
There are other good reasons, but if it was engagement bait, oh well…

I can fall asleep physically while remaining awake mentally with relative ease, I’ve never had the entry paralysis ever associated with the typical exit paralysis sleep demons.
The worst that happens is my brain is just incredibly disoriented when I open my eyes after it thinks Im asleep.
