AgressiveCookie@lemmy.ca 3 weeks agoI immediately reported it to my bank and disputed the charges. After 60 days they recharged me because they sided with Best Buy stating that I had actually received the machine, and it was now up to the company to provide a refund based on their policy (thanks Chase!)

Chase is an awful bank so be ready to fight them too. I am still upset about the money they siphoned from my account after taking over a regional bank here. I would change banks when you are able to. I wish you good fortunes.
