Itâs actually a different âfriendâ unfortunately. Iâve had to set boundaries with them because they were ruminating about a problem and bringing me down. Today they brought up that problem, despite me communicating to them that constantly bringing up a problem and pretty much trauma dumping on me was a problem. So I am done with them I think.
The other late friend has improved quite a bit.
