My OH gets it occasionally and it seems to be rather random, as heâs not hoeing into the venison and red wine. I do think, with him, dietary changes can trigger it sometimes.
It does feel random. Not a huge red meat eater, havenât had red wine in over a year. I did drink some very yeasty beer last weekend, so perhaps that did it. Come to think of it, my last flare up was 18 months ago, after drinking similar beer.
