    Thank you. It sucks so bad. Lucky I’ve still got meds from the last time. Still trying to figure out what caused it honestly.

      My OH gets it occasionally and it seems to be rather random, as he’s not hoeing into the venison and red wine. I do think, with him, dietary changes can trigger it sometimes.

        It does feel random. Not a huge red meat eater, haven’t had red wine in over a year. I did drink some very yeasty beer last weekend, so perhaps that did it. Come to think of it, my last flare up was 18 months ago, after drinking similar beer.

        Guess I know what to avoid now.
