I often buy a game in steam, then think “I didn’t check GOG!!!”.
They should really be supported. Drm free. Love it.
Gotta get in the habit of checking GOG

That all sounds great :D I almost regret going with steam. Either way, GOG doesn’t have regional pricing for my area anyway.

I always use isthereanydeal before buying anything, and that’ll list gog on there was well. Good practice for getting a deal and buying drm free
They’ve a whole bunch of promotions for sales on their site right now!!!
Dis de way
If it’s on GOG at same price or only insignificantly higher ($2 max), I buy on GOG.
You don’t have to choose - with Heroic and / or Lutris you can have all the stores combined and all your games in one location. 😊

Its funny, I just think I have a thing for the underdogs. So I was always drawn to GOG, their stance on DRM-free gaming and games preservation in general don’t hurt though, of course!
Its taken me until now to even really look at Steam, even for my Steam Deck. I will admit, Steam’s cloud saves and pre-shader compilation is a blessing to game with.
