I really donāt understand peopleās obsession with using Teams / Zoom / whatever for one-on-one short meetings that are perfectly suitable for a phone call. I get it if thereās more than one person involved or itās going to be a detailed meeting. Then I feel awkward if I leave my camera off when the other person joins with it on.

I use teams all day and everyone is on it. So why not use it to make a voice call?

It wasnāt a voice call through Teams though. When clients ask to use it, itās because they want to see you on video.

I donāt have a Web cam on my pc. Thereās no need to see me. I use nvidia broadcast to filter my mic too so I avoid my phone or laptops with Web cams in them.
