Vesak Day is probably the only real day of significance all Buddhists observe worldwide, there probably wouldâve been more events on today if it wasnât for Motherâs Day overlapping (and itâs not a âfestive dayâ per seâŠ)
Tomato is totally overkill with mango. Too much acidity. Iâm adding some tamarind to the prawns and no tomato in my dal or beans. I was rummaging through my freezer meals last night and highly annoyed that most things had tomato in them
