This has always been asked and answered. It’s in the scotus ruling and confirmed by the United States government. The only issue is they deported him to El Salvador. The Secretary of State can overrule the withholding order but has not done so at this time.

So “go read the court order” seems like a super easy way to win this argument. You could just say which one! I won’t even say you have to give me a link, because I can “do my own research” or whatever.
You said “because of court order”. I said, “which one”. You have no answer so far, but keep trying!

The scotus ruling.

I broke this down previously. It’s clear they just have to do what they were going to do with him before which is deport him. They just can’t send him to El Salvador. To be fair, they’re taken zero steps to find him another place to go which means he will come back here and go to prison. The Secretary of State can deport non-citizens if they are a threat to the country and the courts have already upheld that. Kilmar is not coming back to be set free to gang anymore. At best he will sit in a prison in the United States as an illegal alien

The scotus ruling explicitly states that Garcia was witheld due process. Where in it does it say that he was under a removal order? Could you maybe copy the line and place it in a comment?

Can deport “if they are a threat”, which the government would then need to prove through this thing we have called “due process”.
Again, not “under a deportation order” as you have repeatedly and falsely claimed.
