The Secretary of State can overrule the withholding order but has not done so at this time.
So “go read the court order” seems like a super easy way to win this argument. You could just say which one! I won’t even say you have to give me a link, because I can “do my own research” or whatever.

I broke this down previously. It’s clear they just have to do what they were going to do with him before which is deport him. They just can’t send him to El Salvador. To be fair, they’re taken zero steps to find him another place to go which means he will come back here and go to prison.
The Secretary of State can deport non-citizens if they are a threat to the country and the courts have already upheld that.
Kilmar is not coming back to be set free to gang anymore. At best he will sit in a prison in the United States as an illegal alien
