Yes, much. Last go around of blood works meant that I didnât have to take them anymore, which was a huuuge plus from my perspective. Ditto vitamin D supplements. Now down to one pill per week which I can live with. I haaaate chronic medication.

Talk to your pharmacist about webster packs. Like little strips of gladwrap sachets with the right pills in each sachet - one strip per day. Mum had these to keep track of her daily pills. She started at one end at breakfast and finished the strip with her evening cuppa.
When dose or frequency changed, we took the remaining strips back to the pharmacy and they gave us new ones with the new pill regime.
