Honestly, nothing is stopping you from must leaving. Notice periods are a professional courtesy. You wonât be paid for the time youâre not there, but they canât hold back your entitlements (like annual leave).

Iâve heard notice period weeks drag on because you canât do anything about them. Youâll have to find a way to make the most of them and not let it get to you too much

A company wide email calling out the management for being cunts usually sorts out a notice period from my experience.
