Made this with half a head of cauliflower to take to my friend’s (and clear out my fridge a bit) according to this recipe - I gotta say came out quite nice and actually really easy to make. Did not end up mushy or too crunchy! Definitely gonna add this to the rotation

It looks even nicer in the recipe link. My tip is really don’t add more water than what is suggested even if you feel like it.
