If we’re going for controversial topics, Muster Dogs this season is Kelpies vs Collies- which team are you?
Team Kelpie here, collies are great but I grew up with a couple of gorgeous kelpies, best dogs ever.

When I think of an educated dog I think of Gromit reading Electronics For Dogs but I guess Collies are quite smart too.

Collies are overachievers and so obedient. Kelpies are street smart. 🤣

Team Kelpie. Pissed off that there’s no Team Heeler.

They are both awesome in their own way.
If I was living in the city and had a yard I’d have a collie, a kelpie is for on a farm. Yes I know collies are farm dogs too but they are less driven and easier to domesticate.

Meanwhile I grew up with a Collie, he used to always dream of little sheep. Good boy

I’ve got a paw in each camp, having grown up with both at different times. Our kelpie was the biggest sook though, and preferred to sit in ‘her’ armchair in the lounge than run around outside.
3rd paw for heelers and 4th is for corgis, which are Welsh cattle dogs and very underrated.
