Personally I’d find another job first. Once that is secure I’d plan my exit.
If your company does exit interviews I’d be frank and honest about your reasons for leaving. Consider having a quick outline prepared of what you want to tell them. I don’t burn bridges on my way out when possible, but if you can articulate your problems well it might help the next person.

I bought my wife a movie gift card this year as part of her birthday gift. We keep looking at the movie listings wanting to spend it, but there is nothing coming out that is worth the $30+ experience.

I’m just thinking about my own experience, but my parents are blue collar Democrats, so no they didn’t. They just worked hard their whole lives and are enjoying their well earned retirement.
Boomers are a large group of people, hence the name, from diversified backgrounds. I believe people are trying to start a generational war where we need a proper class war.
