That’s a good question. I honestly don’t know, they’ll probably try to hang him on primetime tv as soon as legally possible.
I just keep hearing about discord and 4chan and how he’s got a trans roommate/girlfriend/landlord. If anyone has any reputable sources I’m interested. I just feel like cable news, the Trump admin, and the Internet are all reporting 24/7 on something they need to investigate.
At least people face consequences for lying under oath. Well in theory.

I wouldn’t trust anyone describing his political leanings or motives until court. It’s being twisted around and rumors are spreading like wildfire in a vacuum of actual leadership.

that’s awesome! I’m glad it is helping you ease your pain. It helps a lot with my anxiety and sleeping, but I’m a weirdo and I’m in my head a lot, so even if I’m super deep it doesn’t shut off that part of my brain.
I do imagine if I was being boiled alive it would still hurt a lot, but I’d prefer to be on some strong edibles if that “had” to happen.
- Comment on UNDER THE THC 🎶 1 day ago:
I have experimented on myself quite a bit with THC. It isn’t a pain reliever in my experience. I have had a headache or body pain, used some, and then I was just like “fuck, that’s all I can think about now.”
It’s great to distract from general malaise or boredom, but won’t help if anything painful is actually happening.

- Comment on 'Borderlands 4 is a premium game made for premium gamers' is Randy Pitchford's tone deaf retort to the performance backlash: 'If you're trying to drive a monster truck with a leaf blower's motor, you're going to be disappointed' 2 days ago:
I played lots of borderlands 2 with my friends back in the day it was pretty fun.
Three came out, played it for a bit, but it was just more of the same and somehow worse. Then I watched that God awful movie.
I think I’m over the franchise, but maybe here in a few years I’ll pick it up for $5 in a summer sale.

I think the key here is “we”. Collectively if people had a common understanding of what is going on in the world they would be appalled and demand more of our leaders (or get new ones)
Instead people vaguely know what is going on, through the biased lense of their news sources.
I think if you asked most Americans who Netanyahu is and what he is doing you’d get a blank stare. If you ask them what is up with tswift they would excitedly explain that she just got engaged and recently had a crazy expensive tour.
How any of this gets corrected is beyond me, and that’s exactly how the people in power want it.

Probably the same reason my six year old dog is still my puppy. She is just a baby after all.
- Comment on What is the maximum number of potatoes you could grow in your house or on property you own before it becomes a crime? 5 weeks ago:
There is no limit to the potatoes you can grow. The only limit is your imagination.
If you live in a place where cultivating cannabis is prohibited, and your power usage spikes, you may be placed under surveillance.
If you have an HOA or city ordinances about the condition of your yard you might get a slap on the wrist if your potato farm is unsightly. Otherwise, as not a lawyer, grow on.

Developers are still familiar with the concept, there are even ideas like server side rendering in react to make sites more SEO friendly.
I think the biggest issue is that there is very little business reason to support these users. Sites can be sued over a lack of accessibility and they can lose business from bad ux, so they are going to focus in those two areas ten times out of ten before focusing on noscript and lynx users. SEO might be a compelling reason to support it, but only companies that really have their house in order focus in those concerns.

Reverse engineering the server is reverse engineering the whole game. It’s going to require skilled engineers and a significant time investment. It may be possible, but not practical.
Also, the client will likely verify it is talking to a legitimate server by checking a certificate, so you may also have to hack the client too.
At some point you’re better off working a job and coming up with the $50 or making your own game with hookers and blackjack.

Oddly this year they are really prevalent in my area. In prior years I haven’t seen nearly as many.
I’m intentionally avoiding lawn treatments and insecticides this year. I love my yard, but I’m also thinking about switching to clover.

My problem is there are so few good movies coming out. I’m completely over the superhero crap. I don’t want to see the next random Star Wars thing. I don’t want a remake of a classic film I loved when I was younger.
There are some originals coming out, and that makes me happy, but I think the key is having good movies people actually want to see.
That said I’m interested in seeing Sinners, but I’ll probably wait to stream it, lol.

This reminds me of the people that say they are anti-antifa.
"Anti-propaganda aims to undermine the effectiveness of propaganda by exposing its manipulative tactics, providing alternative perspectives, or offering factual information to counter biased claims.
I’d pick my battles and try to address the most harmful lines of thought first. Like anything medical for example. Deprogramming is a popular topic online so there are some resources out there.
Best of luck, it’ll be difficult until you find a foothold.
