- Comment on [IJustWatched] Blade Runner 2049. What do you think about it? 20 hours ago:
Interesting. IMO BR2049 is a super rare case where the sequel can arguably be considered an equal or better film than the original. Sure, the original set the theme and tone, and the sequel just built on it; but the execution is what separates 2049 from other sequels to classic films.

MVP curse. lol. Dude really did not get it when he actually won it all. Still deserved for sure. Also, damn Shaq is really insecure.
- Comment on Jamal Murray Avoids Suspension 2 days ago:
Good luck getting any favorable calls the rest of the series. Refs will surely remember that.

add extra cheese and toppings
This is what I do. Buy a large frozen supreme pizza at the grocery store, then add extra mozarella and other toppings at home before baking.
- Comment on Marvel will release "a maximum of three" films per year, says Disney boss Bob Iger 2 days ago:
Even 3 is too much. It should be a maximum 2 per year.
- Comment on Mentorship Monday - Discussions for career and learning! 3 days ago:
Ah, yeah I feel you. That’s indeed an uphill climb especially if the higher ups themselves do not support you. I think a cybersecurity event is a good way to do it. If you end up getting smaller funding, you can also do short brownbag meetings with free snacks and/or giveaways. Free stuff is always an incentive for people to attend. Keeping events short (30 minutes or less) also helps. Then make your presentations interactive, instead of just lecturing do’s and dont’s to employees. Do scenario based discussions and let employees come up with ideas/solutions. That reinforces the knowledge if they “come up with the answers” and you validate them.

Does your org have a security awareness program? It would easier if you can mandate some training or at least some brownbag meetings where you can present some basic security pointers.

Ahh it’s from the last 2 years. I knew just 4 games sounded off. Thanks!
- Comment on Republicans / conservatives are winning the immigration and values game. Am I misguided? (read post) 5 days ago:
I’m responding to point #3 specifically because I have anecdotal experience. I immigrated via a work visa (white collar work), and at least from my circle, most if not all of us do not have republican/conservative views. All of us from 3rd world countries moved because we were tired of the low pay, low quality of life, and government corruption in our home countries. And since we are part of an educated class of workers who actually have experience living in poorly governed countries, most if not all realize that conservatives are the ones slowly turning the country into what we were escaping from in the first place.

This is great! Hopefully this starts getting more filmmakers on here.

Is it true Kawhi has only played 4 playoff games as a Clipper? That’s mindblowing if so.

- Comment on If you take care of your parents or other elderly, how are you preparing to age gracefully? 1 week ago:
Try my best to save and prepare enough funds to live without having to depend on family to take care of me. Then try my best to take care of my health as I get older so I don’t get seriously sick.
- Comment on What are these "bass" and "treble" that I see in an equalizer ? 1 week ago:
The equalizer simply adjusts the levels of the frequency spectrum of the sound you’re listening to. Bass pertains to lower frequencies and treble refers to the higher frequencies. The middle frequencies are appropriately called “mids”. So lowering the treble OR increasing the bass gets you more oomph and fullness, while the opposite makes it brighter and more shrill.

- Comment on [Article] "How Daniel Radcliffe Outran Harry Potter" Has anyone been following his later work? 1 week ago:
I appreciate what he’s doing. He has enough harry potter money to never have to work his entire life, so he picks and chooses films that are interesting to him instead of just going after the paycheck.
- Comment on Did your taste in movies change over time? How did it evolve from your 20s, to your 30, 40's and beyond? 1 week ago:
Not much come to think about it. I’ve always gravitated towards scifi since I was kid, and it’s still my top genre decades later. What I noticed I came to like as I got older was noir and political thrillers.
- Comment on is Texas really that cold and cruel as depicted in movies of the Coen brothers, the novels of Cormac Mccarthy and the movie Hell or High Water? 1 week ago:
Texas is huge, and just like any other place, your experience will vary depending on where you are. Most movies use the rural backdrop as their setting. But there are huge and dense cities as well, where most people live.

Electric 4th quarter between Kyrie and Harden. PG and Harden showed up. Mavs unfortunately wouldn’t have a chance if Kawhi was healthy and those two played well.

Nurse trying to play Embiid like Siakam with no rest in the second half, but Embiid has the complete opposite conditioning as Siakam.
- Comment on Are people excited for Furiosa? 1 week ago:
Cautiously optimistic. I’m not sure if they can still capture the magic they did on Fury Road. Also, the trailers look too CGI-ed for some reason. I’ll probably wait for reviews first before deciding if I should see it in theaters.
- Comment on The Cavs drought: an honest analysis 1 week ago:
What’s the next step for them? They have a pretty solid core in Garland and Mobley. Let go of Mitchell? But who would they trade him with?

Moby - Extreme Ways from the Bourne franchise.
- Comment on What’s one miscast role that irks you in an otherwise perfect film? 1 week ago:
He was so-so for me. Not great, not terrible either. Since he had so little to work with, they could’ve cast any other good actor and it wouldn’t have mattered. I was hoping he would bring something special though.

- Comment on How should I link to music so that anyone can open it? 1 week ago:
I think OP is asking for a vendor neutral application that allows the user to listen to the song on the platform of their choice, like Songlink as some suggested.
