Lol. :)

I wouldn’t fight a woman just because she wants it. I would feel horrible beating her up. I guess you wouldn’t.
- Comment on Why is the word "expat" a thing? 6 days ago:
Ah ok. Yeah I guess they don’t make it a priority for some reason.
- Comment on Why is the word "expat" a thing? 6 days ago:
Yeah because they screen people, not just let anyone come in.
- Comment on Why is the word "expat" a thing? 6 days ago:
To be fair, they are pretty bad, unless you do like America and only allow people with certain skills and intelligence. Allowing immigrants from war torn countries is very nice, but ultimately brings that war to the country itself.

Always explode oil rigs on a Friday.
- Comment on Git good, son 1 week ago:
I’m surprised this is news to people but I guess sex education varies between countries maybe.
- Comment on Am I the only one who does this? 1 week ago:
I almost never even downvote because it’s an active choice to push down someone’s opinion.
- Comment on Summary of discourse about the election right now 2 weeks ago:
Remember how they used to have arenas and gladiators?
Guess which people we are watching now instead of gladiators.
- Comment on A contemporary guide to lowsec travel in EVE Online 2 weeks ago:
Every time I hear about eve, I remember how much I wished it was a slightly different game. There is no way to play eve without investing many hours each time. Everything takes a very long time.
On the plus side, just the feeling that someone may come up and kill you and take your stuff makes the game feel quite scary. I was doing wormholes for a while and pretty much was constantly nervous about getting killed. Never happened though.
- Comment on Linux hits exactly 2% user share on the October 2024 Steam Survey 2 weeks ago:
I’m happy with the current state actually. Too much people using Linux and it’s going to become a target for ads and tracking. Currently we are flying under the radar, and it’s amazing. We are in the sweet spot of having enough quality software without the downsides.
- Comment on Path Of Exile 2 early access release delayed to December to ensure your POE microtransactions carry over 3 weeks ago:
I think the good loot drop rate is way to rare in the original game, made me tired of it. Didn’t feel like doing the same thing a million times (running maps) and die thousands of times either.
- Comment on How to improve your Lemmy experience 3 weeks ago:
I’m getting memes and Linux, don’t want porn in this feed so disabled it.
And I’m not going to enable politics… :)
- Comment on It's the spherical chicken of legend! Somebody get the frictionless vacuum! 4 weeks ago:
Honest McDonald’s ad in so many ways… Mutated chickens and fat customers.
- Comment on Subnautica 2 early access should last "2 to 3 years" - it'll launch with "several biomes" and "some narrative" 5 weeks ago:
I was thinking this too.
It’s a worse experience for players who play an unfinished game, and then when the game is done, most players have already played it and are tired of it.

Oh, permission to leave the plantation, thank you boss sir.

Why do all your interests start with a c… :)
- Comment on Is Lemmy an effective alternative to Reddit? 5 weeks ago:
I’m here because I like the idea of defederated social media, but I hope there will be further attempts at making even better alternatives.
- Comment on New Film Looks at Worker Organizers Who Unionized First Amazon Warehouse 5 weeks ago:
America is my favorite developing country.
- Comment on Cool People Doing Cool Things 5 weeks ago:
The media loves to make single people heroes because it’s easier to sell.
I think in reality, nobody makes anything alone.
- Comment on Why are people impressed with SpaceX? 5 weeks ago:
Those picture that look exactly like earth pictures?
- Comment on Why are people impressed with SpaceX? 5 weeks ago:
Looking forward to blurry pictures you can’t even see what it is, and then having nasa proudly state that we are looking at ice on Europa.
- Comment on Why are people impressed with SpaceX? 5 weeks ago:
I’m not very impressed by nasa. What have they done in the last 50 years? If anything, they seem to be sleeping.
- Comment on Do drivers in the USA have to yield to alien UFO's? 5 weeks ago:
You should yield to them, for the same reason a fly yields to a human hand trying to turn them into goo.
- Comment on Players are now less "accepting" that games will be fixed, say Paradox, after "underestimating" the reaction to Cities: Skylines 2's performance woes 5 weeks ago:
If you look at games that get overwhelmingly positive on stream, most of them have only ok graphics. It’s the feeling of the game that matters.

All my opinions are peer reviewed by a scientific panel, of course. How can anyone live in a other way.

I also feel like I don’t want to start the game, because it just lags and feels slow even in the damn menus.
