Ive learned that people have totally different opinions about what is a good tv show… So not surprised some people dont like this. To be its the best tv show ever made, along with Better Call Saul.
But some people like Star Trek Academy better, and thats shocking to me, but true and funny. :)

Every time this topic comes up, I feel very nostalgic. Of course the tech was not as good, but the internet was free of big tech.

I guess I understand. Maybe your life is full of politics you cant get away from and Lemmy is like a break from all that. And then it becomes super important to not see it here.
I dont watch any politics in real life and thats really helped me feel grounded and positive. I understand the view that its poison because it kind of is, mental poison.

Yeah, you and me come from the same generation. I can easily see young people on Lemmy wanting something like this. But I will never support it either. Actually the entire thing was super frustrating to even test. But I was curious of what others would say.
It didnt get much attention. But yeah, I guess I care more about this than most. The ability to not be censored for opinions because someone say they are offended.

Exactly right. Just a bit of exercise every week is enough to get stronger muscles and no pain in back or anywhere else. At least that worked for me, and its easy to do.

There are Ai clips now on YouTube where they replace actors in famous movies, like putting Tom Cruise in the matrix or whatever.
I dont watch them because I dont want my nice memories of these movies to be overwritten, but it shows how easy it is today to do.

Its just that the people i think are intelligent, they are always capable of seeing the pros and cons of situations, technology and events.
So yes, I also use Ai personally in my projects, and at the same time i dislike all the Ai big tech leaders. They are creepy as hell and dont understand the human values most people have.
Anyway, just my 2 cents.

Yeah but Ai automates it so you dont have to write any code. I agree its not hard though, I was doing the same, always have been. :)
