Interesting question. I’m a new fan so I don’t really have a historical perspective. I’ll see what I think when next I tune into a game, tomorrow probably. Broadcast brightness probably varies by arena and possibly TV broadcaster though, no? (I say possibly TV broadcaster because I suspect all TV networks licensed to broadcast the game get the same camera feeds and probably use the same ones)

I watched most of the game on the Knicks TV broadcast, and as a Raptors fan I really enjoyed the 2 broadcaster. Nice broadcast

Jalen Suggs left due to back spasms. I’ve never had back spasms or known someone that has. But I could tell he was in so much pain on the TV broadcast without sound on. He was basically closing out on someone, falls down (no contact), and is grimacing on the floor. Huddle around him as he’s on the floor. 3 minutes later he’s assisted into standing position but can’t support himself at all. Leaves the court being wheeled in a wheelchair, a towel covering his face as he’s crying/cussing - whatever. Wow. Back spasms some serious shit

I like IQ’s on-court celebrations, like skipping. Or binoculars after dropping a dime. He’s not doing it to anyone, like ‘too small’, but just being joyous. RJ’s great - I know him from Team Canada.
OG was my favourite. It’s nice to see him doing well, and being recognized, in NYC. Precious too. He seems to be playing more within his game and shining brighter now.
It qualifies as a mutual win; you’re totally right. I want to see how Quickley looks. Right now, I think the Knicks fared a little better, but if Quickley plays like a top 20 point guard I’d re-evaluate

Per the article, half of Eastern Conference teams would need to sign onto this, which experts don’t think will happen any time soon. Given that additions of Las Vegas +1 other team are obviously on the league’s horizon, I could see this 1-16 seeding and possibly re-allocating a couple teams to different conferences happening with the expansion to 32 teams
