I’ve also noticed this is why Shazaam is shit even at a concert by the original band.
The link alludes to this when it talks about shazaam not handling us singing a song very well, but it strikes me as most stark when it’s even the original artist.

Full sleeve now complete. :-) Started with the inner forearm, my original concept = Rod of Asclepius (aka the medical snake staff) but with a music note as the staff. Except my concept was a shitty 5-second line art and I found an artist and asked her to make it look actually good. :-D Then the gradual expansion to the rest of the arm was b/c I loved it and wanted it to look even cooler. :-P

I just had a 9.5 hour session this week. Read, chatted, DJ’ed, and occasionally dozed off. Artist didn’t mind. I’d wager it depends moderately on whatever vibe you’ve already set with the artist, chill vs antagonistic etc.

I could no longer open Instagram without encountering dozens of large-breasted women skipping rope, romping in tank tops, brushing their teeth while drooling erotically. It was the same story on TikTok, the little of it I watched.
This confession kills me every time. My Instagram is entirely tattoo designs because that’s all I interact with, and TikTok is similarly reflective.

That sucks.
For me, sertraline helped me finally wake up and feel like myself again. (Plus buspirone for the sexual side effects and jaw clenching… which I guess could also be a sexual side effect if it happens at the wrong time.)

Rosencrantz: [holds up a feather and a wooden ball] Look at this. You would think this would fall faster than this.

My 6th grader is sometimes correct too, but I’d still rather ask real sources than take her word for everything.

Sucks that AstroBot isn’t couch coop. LBP series has been great with my kid. I wonder if this forebodes doom for Sackboy as well.

Objectively, it sounds like it’s an innocent tradition and a healthy charity.
Subjectively, it’s tone-deaf af, when the rule-makers perform superstition for such a massive world-changing problem. Basically “thoughts and prayers.”
