Bit or byte, those are completely different experiences.
We moved this week, so we had to swap our internet contract, because if we moved with the type of connection we had, we’d only get 16Mbits/s. With our current one, we get I think 500Mbit/s or about 60MByte/s

It was a stupid decision. Sunsetting absolutely trashed my enjoyment in hunting rolls when it was starting to develop.
I am also not really a fan of the main seasonal weapons not being craftable rn. Craftable weapons were what made me actually care about them, because I could feasibly get good rolls

But yeah, to me, this seems more like a violent disagreement than anything on the level of the UHC shooting

It’s a part of the header sent with every internet request. Standard thing to identify the user’s language so you know which version to send

Yep, I am not entirely sure why English translation chose to go latin, but Ego also is just Latin for I/Ich, which is what Freud called the other two

It’s the term for the primal urges, and instincts I believe, in Freudian psychology. In German it is “das Es” which would translate to “the It”. More I cannot really explain

While that’s true, there’s also the “Works on my machine” effect.
It might’ve been less obstructive on their pc than on op’s

The way I interpret the comment is that they are saying “If you would eat normally, you couldn’t be that thin.”
It’s a reference to the fact that energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed into a different form.
