Feels like a cozying up to trump looking for a tariff exemption by doing this too, right?
- Comment on Television could go the way of newspapers if the US economy tips into recession, analyst warns 1 week ago:
Man I hope advertising gets scaled back. The marketing campaign spend some of these companies have is astronomical for little return. Just makes it seem like America can only actually produce ads.
- Comment on Commerce Secretary Lutnick says tariff exemptions for electronics are only temporary: Lutnick said "semiconductor tariffs" will likely come in "a month or two.". 2 weeks ago:
Yes, because their current tariff plans of on and off has been working great to give businesses confidence to bring jobs back and not get rug pulled by the administration.

- Comment on 62% of Student Loan Borrowers Say They're Likely to Boycott Repayments: Poll 1 year ago:
The way student loans are structured you can’t not pay them. Don’t pay your loans and default wages garnished. You get a tax refund normally well they’ll take that. Oh you are on government assistance well they’ll cut the amount you get. Want to declare bankruptcy sorry still gotta pay the loan.
It will only be worse for incoming freshmen since the rates will now be between 5.50-8.05% last I saw.
No matter what people who lent money for student loans will get paid unless the whole system changes and judging by those in charge there is a snowflakes chance in hell that happens unfortunately.
