- Comment on Players Have Too Many Options to Spend $80 on a Video Game 5 days ago:
Well I’m not them, but for me: KSP1: 1800.8 hours. Current cost $40 = $0.02 an hour DCS: 1294.7 hours. Money spent eh $300 = $0.23 an hour Witcher 3: 1131.5 hours. Current cost: $40 = $0.03 an hour. Civ vi: 589.9 hours. Current cost: $60 = $0.10 an hour Stardew valley: 579.3 hours. current cost $15 = $0.026 an hour Fall out new Vegas: 543.6 hours. Current cost: $10 = $0.0018 an hour
Now if we add in the $2000 worth of peripherals I have to play dcs it’s cost balloons quite a bit but, it’s not terribly difficult to get high playtimes in cheap games. I would also say the cost per hour for me is double or triple what it actually is, as these are the current prices, and besides dcs I buy everything only on sale lol.
- Comment on Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Studio Will Work On Several Projects Simultaneously, Insipired From CDPR 1 month ago:
The team grew exponentially from the release of KCDI to KCDII, so I hope it’s not hopium that it will remain tried and true, actually making the games for gamers rather than profit.

I’ve got about 15 hours into it so far (played from when it released into the wee hours of the morning) and the only bugs I came across so far was I’ve seen one person gliding across the ground instead of walking. IMO, this game is an absolute banger and masterpiece. Definitely a breath of fresh air to have a game work out of the box on the first minute

There’s literally dozens of us! I for one loved far cry 5. 6 I really didn’t like because of the whole home built attachments/guns stuff since I’m a gun nerd and love using real guns and sights in games. Definitely not crazy about this news.
- Comment on Helldivers 2 - Omens of Tyranny Update Trailer 4 months ago:
Yeah, I was very heavily into the game, playing for at least a bit every day, once the whole fiasco started I immediately stopped playing it. Some of my buddies mentioned they got rid of the requirement after that and that I should play again but honestly I don’t have any desire to touch the game after that rug pull.
- Comment on What games have you put the most hours into? 5 months ago:
Kerbal Space program (1800.8) DCS world (1172.2) Witcher 3 (1131.5) Sims 4 (838.2) Stardew Valley (579.3)
I just wish ksp2 wasn’t a massive flop and I eagerly await KSA.

After KSP2 I promised myself I would never do Early Access or preorder again. However, I made an exception for this. Love the stalker series and I’ve both preordered it and took the entire week off of work. You can say I’m definitely hyped lol

This might be the single most hilarious “you’d be fucked” statement I ever heard and I’m definitely stealing it for future use lmao

Yep!
- Comment on How can I recreate my grandfathers voice? 8 months ago:
If you can get them into a digital format I’ve personally used eleven labs to clone voices and make narrations for missions I created for a video game. I tried using different open source projects and getting it to run on my own with no avail, but 11 labs has been solid (it is unfortunately paid software of like $5/10 bucks a month though)

It’s such a great game. I will say though, the woman’s lot DLC that gets started when you ask Theresa about the story is a bit of a slog… it’s an alright story but I’d definitely make a save before starting it if you’re not a fan of its flow and tediousness lol

If you use Waze instead, they actually have a setting you can toggle for roads that are more twisty. In my experience it works great! Image

Honestly I’m keeping my negative review permanent. The game is great and I enjoy it, but besides a temporary back lash I want the sting to stick around to hopefully teach companies about fucking around and finding out.
