Trophies can be very fun when they incentivize the player to interact with the game in ways that you normally don’t do during a regular play through.
Most games have trophies designed by some corporate drone and consist of a handful of trophies giving for completing the storyline and the rest for token actions that you’ll inevitably do while playing. They fucking suck!
Ratchet and Clank did it right back in the day before trophies with their Skill Point system. Little fun challenges that you wouldn’t normally do. Gave you points to unlock some skins and cheats.
Is that really so much to ask for… yeah I already know the answer.

This isn’t about purity, that’s some right wing religious nonsense. It’s simply about not funding Nazis. This isn’t a hate crime or some far fetched idea. The basic concept of don’t enable and fund Nazis is pretty fucking straightforward. The paradox of tolerance isn’t complicated.

I don’t click substack links the same way I don’t click on Twitter links. They prop up the Nazi platforms and keep them legitimate.

Canada is already working on cutting American ties and strengthening relations with the EU. Local stores have drastically changed their stock since Canadian citizens stop buying American groceries. Now that Trump bombed Venezuela it’s only going to accelerate the process.

Yeah they will be far far superior. Especially if you blanch and double fry the potatoes. Salt levels you can determine yourself too. Make it as salty as you want.

You should be filtering the oil and eventually it does get burnt out. But yeah it’s super easy to maintain a basic deep fryer.

Restaurants also reuse oil a bunch by simply filtering out the big particles.
One the oil has cooled down and run through a filter you can store it again for later.
