Dude I’ve dreamt of bathrooms and changing rooms just like this, this photo actually reminded me of a dream I had ages ago that looked eerily similar to this. That’s kind of insane how accurate photo 2 is.

I mean some people prefer watching videos than reading articles, I think it’s fair to post a video and it’s fair for you to not prefer it as well.

BPD is becoming increasingly more treatable and less therapists have the opinion that you stated here. It’s just that CBT, the traditionally used approach, is not the most effective solution. It’s DBT that is effective for BPD. As the commenter below you said, mindfulness has been great for them, and that’s a core part of BPD. I don’t have BPD but my diagnosis includes “traits of BPD” on my chart and I thought therapy didn’t work for me until I went to a specifically DBT-focused skills group.

Colors are such a subjective experience! I would definitely classify salmon as pink, but now that you say it u can see why another person might classify it as orange. It would never have occured to me naturally though.
Isn’t that cool?
- Comment on Sweet pic 2 months ago:
Yes, I’m aware of that. I would think that you still wouldn’t get those colors to look like that with saturated film if you didn’t also have the correct weather conditions for things to look naturally bright and colorful in real life as well. It’s a combination of saturated film and correct lighting and weather conditions that produced the result

Hello I think this is funny because I think I understand more or less what this is implying (atoms and electrons? And because it’s missing one electron etc.)? I think?
But would love if someone explained it for those that are way less smart than me who wouldn’t get the joke, unlike me.

It’s less stigmatized for sure, but in terms of caring about future employers it’s still something people wouldn’t want them to know. But not everyone is worried about how all their actions would look to future employers, and some career paths it really wouldn’t matter.
