While it doesn’t make much of a difference, this is part of why I recommend most people to keep market research telemetry on.
- Comment on Xbox Player Gets Banned for 1 Year After Recording Baldur's Gate 3 Scenes 10 months ago:
From what I’ve seen, there’s an easy-to-use fanmade way to turn it off, and those smart enough to run a server have it off.

- Comment on Elon offers Wikipedia $ 1 billion to change their name to Dickipedia 1 year ago:
I mean, I’m not sure what they use all that money to develop, but they definitely don’t need all this money to just develop and sustain. Despite activity having hit its peak in the 2000s, spending continues to increase, and extensive feature request and enhancement backlog still stands while developers focus on whatever the foundation’s whim is. Not to mention there’s some controversy over the Tides Foundation.
- Comment on Google Assistant tries to pull the "song name" out of anywhere instead of just identifying it by sound 1 year ago:

If you can't scroll past the ad I doubt you'd be able to scroll to the section with instructions

it's literally a giant link on the right-side knowledge panel. Plus the purpose of a search engine is for you to go to other sites, why wouldn't it encourage people to click away if they don't have it
- Comment on All I wanted was a simple search. 1 year ago:
I don't even see how this is "cluttered". Do the two extra images really make that much of a difference to you? Plus isn't Wikipedia always a link in the right side's knowledge panel?

Reminds me at the time somebody managed to lag GitHub's emails for several hours by pinging the entire Epic Games group (which consists of basically anyone who linked their GitHub account to their Epic Games account )
