  Owner operator is much different than employee. If you want to drive and are motivated to do so, that is one thing. If terms of your employment are driver when told to, it sucks ass.

  Currently allowed to drive for 11, shift can be up to 14 hours. Im curious what the drive time will be. As is is maximum safe level. Especially as the baseline. I think there should be outlier drivers allowed to drive more than 11, but not every driver. (OTR low population density, i.e. North dakota/Montana routes)

  OT per diem over 8 hours is very solid. Only saw that once when I was racking up hours in Colorado. There is was OT per diem over 12 hours. (We were working about 104 hours per week those months.) It adds up.

  I sell and buy things all day, average emails per day offer the last 3 years is about 120. 120 does not could auto responses from my system which go into their own folder automatically. I just emptied those last week, but it was like 93,000 in that folder. Took about an hour to delete them

  This meme is pretty wildly accurate to my last pay negotiation. (Tried nicely for 1 year, ultimately had to quit for them to take me seriously, don’t recommend doing this if you aren’t ready and prepared financially.)

  I had the 8 hour day package +1% bonus raise 9 hour 1.1% Until emails stop 2%

  They opted for the cheapest. People are still confused months later why i stop responding at 3:01 PM.

  I find it amusing the CEO of a company whose employees - at a bare minimum - are awash in chainsaws has any opinion on their pay that is not in line with the employee idea of fair wages
