  Uber drivers can give you a rating as a passenger. At one point in my life, my score wasn’t great because I’d get plastered and be obnoxious in the car on the ride to my hotel or home.

  As someone that was hiring that is correct and I didn’t read the other 200 resumes sent in either. Picked 5, interviewed and hired 1 out of the 5 resumes I read
