It depents. Some people just need to drink 1.5 liter per day. Others need much more. I usually drink 2-2.5 liter everyday. In summer 3-5 liter. But i’m also a tall guy who sweats a lot. And yeah theres a good amount of water in a healthy diat.

I think The Expanse was only streaming. On the other hand i don’t know if Breaking Bad was actually on TV.
