The FGC-9 is free, and can solve this problem.

It blows my mind that he had sex with countless little girls aged about 14 and literally nobody bats an eye

After enough time, you’ll want to do it daily. Just make it easy for yourself, I’ve gone years without, and years constant, it ebbs and flows.
Don’t be strict either. If a session has been particularly hard, I’ll give up, go and do something else for 10 minutes to clear my head, sometimes even have a cigarette, and then when I come back it’s easier to get in the zone.
Best of luck

If anybody is in the blue bit. I recommend meditation.
It’s only a life changer. I genuinely do not understand how people can have good lives without it. And tbh, when you find out who does and does not meditate, you understand 100% why their lives are like they are.
But let me sell it to you properly, when you get good at it, and even most of the time just out of luck when you’re starting out; it’s like a special place of peace and relaxation you just cannot get anywhere else. It’s like turning off the world, or like sleeping, but being awake to know this is your place and nothing can touch you.
Seriously, it’s underrated AF.

Then don’t.
Sit in it, ask it questions, find out what it’s all about.
9 times out of 10, it’s just your inner child who’s been neglected and misunderstood. Once you take the time to give love to your inner less developed psyche, you’ll not need to find escapism.
Because there will be no pain to escape from.
Love yourself, you deserve it.
And just to get you started… Let me open the door for you:

I know this has a cult following, but never took the time to find out why. Can somebody explain what was so good about it at time of release?
- Comment on I still can't get over Skyrim. Are there any games that can replace it? 3 weeks ago:
RDR2 and Cyberpunk. Although they are more linear roleplaying games than Skyrim’s experimentation.
You need a lower dopamine threshold to make the most of those games, but they’re a treat when you learn how to do that.
