Many, if not most, mostly knew they were lying.
It has to be most. Maybe they believed some of it, but for the most part, they were siding with their tribe over their families and the vulnerable on these medical issues at least.
By and large, political lies, I think it’s about half that actually believe, but we have no good studies to measure it. We could design some studies to get an idea, asking them won’t work though.

You say that after many of us spent like two years debating that and every other indisputable medical fact that got in the way of our great leader and his brilliant hot takes.
I’m not arguing with them anymore if I can help it. Not worth it, they aren’t arguing in good faith, and they are a lost cause. With some stuff though you can’t just cede the narrative I figured.

N-95 masks block 90%. When two people are both wearing them the odds of contracting the virus are very much lower.
Importantly, it also reduces your viral load, the bigger the dose you get upfront, the more likely you are to get a severe case, as the virus can multiply farther before the body has a chance to mount an immune response.
Ie the chinese doctor that identified covid as a new virus, himself died after receiving massive doses in treating patients, despite being in his 30s and healthy.

Masks also protect the wearer.

This actually follows with facial rashes and the like too. The Scandinavians discovered this when they were exploring their far north a long time ago, being clean shaven leads to less problems with your skin on your face.

We should not presume either that all life is the same as life on earth. There are combinations of a great many different elements and molecules that could sustain life other than carbon and water and whatever. There could even be life on super hot places.
Of entirely different elements and molecules. Not saying it’s likely. I have no idea. Nobody does. And anybody that says they do, is either lying or wrong.
- Comment on "Ha ha hail Caesar, he was just such a cool and wholesome guy, you know?" 3 weeks ago:
The US is quite similar in many ways. The political drama is similar by half, in their conservatives are like ours, their left faction had fight though, and caesar was of the left faction, that won, as it will be here, before it decays into Tyranny.
The populares won, yet in the end, the only thing that was gained was razing the oligarchy, and replacing them. Which at a certain point just needs to happen no matter the cost. We can still not preserve, but resurrect, the Republic here.
Cincinnattis time here. Instead we have an old sulla.

Speak of the devil, I was driving today and I saw one of the rather flimsy looking sheet metal barriers that was totally just blown apart. Some of the barriers look more robust than others, you are right though some look super flimsy and this one appears to have been that.

Might be I just heard it on a podcast, Poor Historians, Misadventures in Medical History, and I may have gotten the story wrong.

I think the sides are where most of the accidents happen, yeah those skirts are supposed to deflect cars, looking for the pictures, I saw a couple of cars that hit them head on and went half under. I think it’s more for sideswipes.

I just saw one of these blockers the other day, almost all trucks do not have them though. I’m not sure what you are referring to exactly.

That would make the Australian Mudfish the biggest of all, as it has the biggest genome, followed by some other mudfish, then interestingly the humble critically endangered axolotl, a sort of salamander than never loses it’s lungs, and is only in the valley of mexico naturally.

There was a woman who went to prison for this, her chimera baby’s dna contradicted her story, I think to get public assistance of some kind, and the dna test convinced the state assholes she was lying and they sent her to prison, I think some researchers exonerated her eventually.
- Comment on How come if you get charged with a minor Felony and it's knocked down to a misdameanor they still take your dna like your were convicted of the felony instead of the misd? 5 weeks ago:
I think it will depend on State Law, but high court misdemeanors are treated like felonies.

Which is especially true for New York State lawmakers, they’ve always been super corrupt. Always.

One easy such thing, is puttling a piece of metal over a tractor trailer’s wheel area, so you get deflected if you go under and not chewn up and spit out. It’s voluntary and few trucks have it on them yet but a bunch of little stuff like that could help.

Real dogs are cheaper, work better, actually like you, and don’t support the worst people in the world to make more dystopian technology.
