- Comment on How will I find financial stability if I live in a third world country with a toxic sociopathic/narcissistic mother, I have no skills (at least I think so), no time and therefore no money? 11 months ago:
Gotta start somewhere. It would be enough to rent your own place and get out from under your mother.

- Comment on Why is AI Pornifying Asian Women? 11 months ago:
My experience has been that they have a tendency to make overly attractive men too. Getting it to generate anyone average nevermind ugly or with deformities (eg scars) is really hard.

I'm not low income but I do think McDonald's is pretty poor value for the quality. You can usually go someplace with much better food for the same or slightly more now - they're a long way from being 'cheap' food.

If you have proper full continuous deployment infrastructure setup then you can do minor updates of things like dependencies automatically. I'd guess that's what's happening here.

I would let myself become destitute before I paid that.
- Comment on An £8 sandwich in Starbucks 1 year ago:
The parts I like are the attention to detail on the size of the bread being perfectly rectangular, the cheese slices being perfectly equally sized, and the consistently overlapping slices of ham that span the exact length of the bread. Then that all combines to form a shitty looking sandwich. Perfectly optimized sandwich designed by accountants.

If you use a putty knife (or something similar) you could probably scrape them off mostly intact and reapply them.
