Just different stages of grief. The world is broken. Maybe we can fix some parts of it but nobody is going to singlehandedly fix everything. Trying to fix it is the bargaining stage of grief. Being upset that you can’t do anything is the depression stage. Embracing it is the acceptance stage. Can’t change the world but we can change our attitude.

Technically we can’t know for sure everyone alive will die. It’s a reasonable assumption but we won’t know unless we see everyone die. Only the last person alive will know for sure

I’m pretty sure they’re joking. If they were serious, there would be some very recent things they can’t watch. Rob Reiner is on recent episodes of The Bear. Malcom Jamal Warner was on an episode of Murder In A Small Town that premiered after he died.
