They had a pope car, which means there is a Cartholic church that prays to car Jesus.

I think a character also said Jesus Chrysler at one point. But there were no cars in the time of Jesus, and the cars seem to mirror the designs of cars in the real world. But the existence of Car Jesus implies a history before cars were invented in our world
