- Comment on 'Borderlands 4 is a premium game made for premium gamers' is Randy Pitchford's tone deaf retort to the performance backlash 4 days ago:
The story is really good so far have beaten 1/3 guys to get the things (trying to not spoil for those who know nothing). I have been having a blast. Only crashed after a hotfix then a second one came out and fixed it as far as I can tell.
The specs required make no sense though it doesn’t look that much better than 3.
- Comment on I fixed Borderlands 4's stuttering issue by upping my shader cache size to 100 GB, which feels like something I shouldn't have to do in a well-optimised game 4 days ago:
I’m becoming more and more convinced it is the engine honestly. It is probably harder to optimize and devs not having enough time to do so if I had to guess.

Because it’s fun and it’s the only game series me and my dad still play together.
- Comment on Microsoft to force install the Microsoft 365 Copilot app in October 4 days ago:
What apps are only available as a docker container? I know some are flatpak only but thata not really the same.
I use an arch based distro though so maybe it’s an issue on smaller ones ive never run into.

- Comment on Reddit is dropping subscriber counts on subreddits 1 week ago:
Because there is a level of stability in subreddits with >50k ish subscribers that subs smaller than that just don't have. You might have a lot of MAU because a sub hit r/all multiple times but goes back down to a much smaller number following that because it's out of the news.

I don't know what it is about reddit buy I find myself constantly feeling outraged when I stop by to browse something that's not on Lemmy. I don't have any accounts anymore luckily but for some reason reddit feels harder to disengage on then lemmy/piefed.

Its ethier Linux or apple and at this point for most users and I think ethier is a better option than windows 11.

- Comment on Hands-On: Borderlands 4 wants you to forget Borderlands 3 ever happened | VGC 2 weeks ago:
3 has a bad story even if you aren't a fan of 2. It's peak middle aged men writing humor that the think teenagers would like. Gameplay is best in the series by far though. (Excluding 4 which I haven't played yet).
- Comment on Is Hollow Knight Silksong's 'cheap' price a problem for other indie games? Devs and publishers weigh up its impact | Eurogamer 2 weeks ago:
You basically have to be a developer and marketer to have even a chance of success in the current market and even then you could be the beat at both and simply not have the luck to go viral and only get a few hundred sales. So much of indie game selling is creating things that can go viral now hence the absolute proliferation of "freind slop" games because it's so easy for moments between two popular funny content creators to go viral.

Please explain if I'm wrong because I think I am because it can't b this stupid.
Its using llama to discover the way to enter credentials? And then using a normal brute force attack once that's done?

If anyone is reading this scroll through their comments they have no real opinions and get off on making people mad. Not even worth the thought power to prove them wrong block and move on like I'm doing after sending this.

Maybe not to someone who's a genocide denier but I don't think your opinions matter much to most people.

for refrence Walmart has had me in the "applied" stage of resumee review on their shitty website for nearly a month. I don't think people quite get how bad it is. I had to wait for a spot to open up to interview at McDonalds that I'm still waiting for because the closest one was two weeks out.

Looks like there are just too many companies in general. In my non-expert opinion seems like it it was because the country was a little too gungho about making more solar so they said it would be one of the big groth areas leading to a bunch if new developments. Then because there were so many of them they started competing with eachother and driving the pices down until they were unable to continue.
I would recommend reading the article tbh seems like good if dry information.
