It’s also not needlessly gendered, so that’s another point in favour!

The reason for all of the inconveniences you’ve listed is the car-centric urban infrastructure. So yeah, fuck cars.

“Man up” is just a universal thought terminating cliche whenever a person that happens to present masculine complains about anything.
- Comment on Anon is emotional intelligence. 2 days ago:
“Intelligence” isn’t about knowing a lot of stuff or even having experience. It’s about being able to use your knowledge and experience to solve problems. So, by that logic, emotional intelligence means a skill of solving problems pertaining to emotions.

- Comment on Expecto patronum my ass! 4 weeks ago:
So there’s this game called Arknights, which is set in a universe where they didn’t figure out the gunpowder, but they gave rocks that can be used to fuel the magic (and also give you magic rock cancer, go figure). So they have guns, but they’re basically only usable by one race of characters that are known for their innate talent for precise magic control, and everyone else sticks to crossbows and ballistas, or else more traditional magic.
- Comment on Expecto patronum my ass! 4 weeks ago:
Revolvers would work, surely. There’s zero electronics and an extremely simple internal mechanism. If door hinges work, so should revolvers
- Comment on art 4 weeks ago:
This is completely unrealistic. The nutrition tablet goes up your ass (the effects are the same)

- Comment on Anon learns the dangers of polyjuice potion 5 weeks ago:
And it made the magic system even less coherent. Polyjuice was described as physically changing your body to match the target, to the level of individual body parts changing one by one. Somehow excluding vocal cords from that is just not logical.
Not that Harry Potter magic system is well defined to begin with, but movies certainly made it worse.

The book polyjuice did change your voice, IIRC
