Back in middle school history, they wanted to know who the UK Prime Minister was during WWI, and I couldn’t remember so I wrote down James Bond, and got half credit for making the teacher laugh.

You start with a small loan of a quarter million dollars from your parents. I tried to do my own business designing book covers for indie authors to pick up some money while I was injured and bedbound, but it turned out that I needed money to make money. Looking back, I needed to drop a substantial amount into more advertising, and I really needed to be able to travel to pick up clientele at the convention circuit, which is also expensive.
AI has completely ruined that market anyways, so it wouldn’t have lasted for long even if I had dropped a ton of money into it.
