- Comment on What are ways to independently make a few bucks on the side? 6 days ago:
What I do to make a little extra money is I invest in stocks and crypto and do active trading and dividend based income strategies. I realize this isn’t guaranteed money but I have been pretty successful generally speaking.

encourage them to go to therapy
- Comment on It used to be that when most countries were or in trouble or needed help they would go to the US for help. My question is who does the US go to for help if or when needed? 1 week ago:
Our first and second amendments cover these things.

I think it all comes down to attitude if you approach the new task as a welcome challenge as opposed to a chore it tends to be a more positive experience initially

you know one thing about social media that’s really hard to deal with is that everybody seems to speak an absolutes about every single fucking topic on the planet. there’s room for the gray in almost every conversation that has ever existed and people like to just point out well what about my special circumstance, of course there’s room for special circumstances and other things why does everybody think everything is absolute?

I’ve had a couple cars that have a skid plate like this leaving it off isn’t generally going to be a problem but it does protect you know the undercarriage of your car just get it fixed when you’re can afford to and you should be fine

Meds don’t fix back pain

Solve is kind of a strange word to use, because it certainly CAN solve it. For instance, relieving compressed nerves for sciatica for example, something I have treated on and off in my life, chiro has helped me with this more than ANYTHING else I’ve tried.
- Comment on why does alcohol stop my back pain but medicine doesn't? 3 weeks ago:
At times, it’s like doing physical therapy. It helps but doesn’t cure things, usually you are doing it in conjunction with Physical Therapy. I only go when I need to personally. Sometimes I don’t go for over a year or two, then I’ll have short stint of treatment, then back to time off.

It’s considered complementary therapy in modern medicine, much like physical therapy or massage work. I understand where you are coming from, but chiropractic work, when done by LEGIT practitioners is immensely helpful to millions of people and is also recommended by doctors and physical therapists all the time.
Perhaps you should brush up on the modern takes on chiro. healthline.com/…/is-chiropractic-pseudoscience www.mayoclinic.org/…/pac-20393513

No. Having others say something you already know as a addict of a substance doesn’t help at all. We know we should stop. We all know that. The challenge of an addict is being willing to stop, and then being successful at stopping. Then abstinence.
When I was a smoker, I watch my grandmother die from smoking related lung cancer right in front of my face, it didn’t change a thing. I’d go outside of the hospital and smoke all the same. I had to want to quit.

Well, I know people like to say this, but I’ve been going to Chiro for over 12 years and I would say the “not based in science” thing feels false largely. I’ve had slipped discs, nerve compression, and a misaligned vertebra that I get treated for. The adjustments bring me great results time and time again.
Even the Mayo clinic agrees that chiro has benefits. www.mayoclinic.org/…/pac-20393513
Don’t just believe whatever you hear about health stuff. Too much misinformation out there.

- Comment on why does alcohol stop my back pain but medicine doesn't? 3 weeks ago:
While I do agree to an extent. This isn’t true across the board. My chiro is also a license doctor for example. Definitely do some homework. But Chiro, generally, works great for back\spine issues. I would be a complete mess with out my chiropractor.
