i play how the game was intended. mainly to understand and appreciate the vision the devs intended. there are certain games ill mod for more enjoyment. kenshi, project zomboid, etc. but that was also the intention of the devs.
i dont see the point in cheating. it ultimately robs you of the intended experience and raw fun of the struggle with the challenge at hand.
i loathe cheaters in online games almost as much i loathe billionaires, pedophiles, scam callers, and landlords.
however, if the game offers fun cheats, like old school games did where you can input a series of codes with your controller and suddenly you can make every car fly, or go god mode. sure. however, i noticed in my youth that after doing that for a while it became a difficult thing to stop doing, and ultimately would ruin the game for me. so it became a thing i might do after 100% completion. and eventually stopped doing altogether.
im a lil slut for acheivments.

you should try Xmage instead. free. open source. multiplayer, you can face off against bots. and you can upload deck lists from popular deck building sites. regardless of whether or not you own them.
also it plays commander pretty damn well.

actual leftists dont argue with leftists. the purity test is a myth created by the far right in an attempt to drive an ideological wedge between leftists, and the fence sitting liberal capitalists. its a self sorting myth that pushes liberal capitalists away from full class conciousness based on percieved petty differences. much like the gondolins and the horse men of rohan prior to the battle of gondor, especially under the influence of grima wormtongue, who whispered untruths and falsehoods in the ear of the bewitched king theodan, in an attempt to keep the kingdoms of men divided. even after his bewitchment, king theodan understood that he needed to put away the ledger of sins from their past with gondor, in order to prevent the fall of man. he struggled with this, but ultimately knew what had to be done when gondor called for aid. everything was at stake.
the leftist understands that its always been up vs down. and that left vs right is a distraction myth. we are like the elves, dwarves, and men of middle earth, even the hobbits. fighting against the darkness of sauron. squabbling over petty differences only serves the dark lords mission of division and permanent victory over man, bringing upon an age of darkness the likes we have never seen before.
we fight for what all that is right and good in this world. for freedom, equality, and truth. anyone who says otherwise is under the influence of forces beyond their current understanding. whether or not they succumb to ignorance is a matter of will and intellect. much like fighting the dark influence of the one ring and saurons will, it is ultimately up to the individual to imagine a world not dictated by greed and the persuit of ultimate power. but rather one where all can live together, in equality, harmony, and peace… in spite of our differences. we as their friends and would be allies also have a duty to guide them when we can, and accept them for their differences, as long as they are willing to fight along side us.

we all share this world together, and the time of darkness is upon us all. we should remember what our fight is for, and it is not just for ourselves and our own way of life. but the lives of the men and women, and everyone inbetween and beyond. who, like us, simply want to live a full, free, and peaceful life.

feudalisms biggest enemy was capitalism. it perfected slavery and organized everyone willingly in exchange for stable trade of goods and services that they otherwise would not have access to. it lead to the industrial revolution, and its fast growth quickly convinced formerly feudal countries (like japan, as an example) to modernize their technological standards, as welll as their economies, so they could participate in that same system. out of fear of being left behind.
obviously capitalism has its flaws, its a horrible system with an expiration date that seems to be only a few short decades away now. and ironically its likely going to be surpassed by techno feudalism, or if a miracle happens, some form of democratic socialism.

no offense, i understand what you are trying to say here. im not a massive fan of the implications of things like AI and its effects on society.
but oversimplifying and infantalising your enemy wont stop it from out performing you.
like i can say “all AI does it put words on a screen based on a statistical analysis and prediction algorithm based on context and available training data, and its only accurate between 95% to 97% of the time, and it lies when it doesnt know something, or wants to save power for the sake of efficiency and cost reduction”
and it would still be far more likely to give a comprehensive breakdown and step by step analysis of systems well beyond my personal understanding. way faster than i ever could.
we can chalk it up to stolen info and guessing letters, but itll still outperform most people in most subjects, especially in terms of time/results.
dont get me wrong i dont think its intelligent in the way that a human can be, or as nuanced as a human can be. but that doesnt necessarily mean it cant be forever. and the way the technology is evolving across the board, seemingly faster and faster each day. with some plateaus here and there. its hard to imagine a world where we just say “well, we tried, its a dead end, oh well” and just completely abandon it for the idea of human exceptionalism.
overall humans, as smart as they are, are also pretty fucking dumb. which is why we are ignoring things like climate change, for what are essentially IOUs made out of 1s and 0s (money). and also succumbing to a global increase in fascist ideals even though we historically know what it entails and how it ends. and its in part due to the ability of AI to manipulate the masses, in its current “primitive” state.
i dont like AI, but im not going to pretend it wont be able to replace the output of most humans, or automate most jobs, or be used to enslave us and brainwash us further than it already has.
the human mind simply cannot compete with the computational speed, and in some cases, quality, of what is, and what is yet to come.
slop it may be, but if you cover the veritable feast of human creativity with enough slop, humanity will soon have no choice but to eat it or starve. everything else will get drowned out in time.
something really fucking big would have to happen to change this outcome. ww3, nuclear war, solar flare. who the fuck knows.
but what i do know is that those in power need the system to function as is, and in newer more efficient ways, while they still need us, in order for them to have the highest potential survival rate when it all comes crashing down at the end of this century. so, we may just avoid total annihilation unless its deemed necessary for their survival. lets hope we rise up before they take that opportunity.
