  You are still alive. You have a smartphone and a data plan. You are clearly educated. You are healthy enough to think and type.

  So realistically, I’d say that puts you miles ahead of most humans of the past and the present.

  ooh. I do use image toolbox for shrinking and converting images to other formats.

  Didn’t occur to me that you can add text to images, draw, and make collages etc. It covers everything I need to get stared. Thank you!

  Because wikipedia has some opinions but chatgpt strokes their ego by being sycophantic and validating every stupid idea in their head.

  This is the same as asking what happens if I stop commuting to work in my car and running to work instead. You are using your legs, heart, and lungs etc everyday your body gets stronger and fitter over time.

  If you stop outsourcing cognitive effort (thinking) to llms your brain will get stronger.

  There are also other harms from llms like sycophancy that kill your social skills and cause psychosis. So your brain can recover all that if you avoid llm usage.
