  Can someone with more expertise explain how this could be possible? Are you actually saying any device manufactured in China and sold within China have something changed? I don’t see how this could be true if your bringing your own device from outside into China.

  I wasn’t able to either because the state capital is so far away and I have kids in school, work so I don’t starve, etc. These are the differences between us and Europe I feel. The population is so scattered and has no safety net.

  No worries. Especially in the US where our credit report is made to feel so important and yet when you do good fiscal things it hurts your score, or knowing that doing the right thing is often punished here, being worried about being responsible is understandable.
