That sounds super useful for simulator games.

Pointless.
You’d need 500 signed affidavit to be taken seriously.

A lawyer would be if you were harmed
A lawyer can also help guide you through the legal and procedural issues. Lawyers are not for just if you are harmed.
It would probably also you a bit more legitimacy, if you can get a known lawyer helping you… Cause any crank can make a claim, but a known lawyer wont risk their reputation/license/job on happenstance with little evidence.
- Comment on Venmo overdrafted my bank rather than use the balance in my account 3 weeks ago:
No thanks, I prefer cash. Credit cards and debit cards can be disabled at a whim. Prone to being fucked up by computer error, don’t work when the internet is down, or during a disaster with no power.
Cash always goes through, though. Cash will always remain king.
- Comment on Venmo overdrafted my bank rather than use the balance in my account 3 weeks ago:
ATM networks are typically for withdrawing money without a fee.
I dont think I’ve ever seen one that lets you deposit your cash at, for example, a gas station atm or anything… Feels like there’d be way too many liabilities… but who knows, maybe there is one that lets you.
- Comment on Venmo overdrafted my bank rather than use the balance in my account 3 weeks ago:
Online banks have one major drawback, and that is the difficulty they typically have with getting cash into them.
Checks/Transfers/Etc? no problem.
But cash is a big PITA.
- Comment on Young men are 'playing videogames all day' instead of getting jobs because they can mooch off of free healthcare, claims congressman 3 weeks ago:
Seriously. I’d love some free healthcare.
I’d probably be able to be more functional if I had proper healthcare.

i remember one year there was a game i wanted all year
and it came up on flash sale finally for like 95% off, and steam shit the bed for two hours and I couldnt check out, presumably from the crush of purchase attempts.
I emailed and asked if they’d honor the price given the issues on their side, and they said no, I missed the sale. Not gonna lie, that kinda heated me up quite a bit, cause I didnt miss the damn sale, I wasnt able to check out cause their end shit itself.
- Comment on Steam Summer Sale 2025 has begun! 3 weeks ago:
discounts were much deeper. because devs/publishers were more willing to give a 90% discount to their newer games if it was for 2/4 hours.
- Comment on Steam Summer Sale 2025 has begun! 3 weeks ago:
they were easy to get if the game was a scam or if you had serious unresolvable technical issues, but not so easy if you just impulse bought a game and regretted it.
Australia sued Valve due to their refund policy and Valve changed the refund policy to what it is today.

I’ve only had 3 refunds.
2 on the old system, 1 on the new system.
All were accepted, because all were for technical issues that made them literally, factually unplayable.
So Yes, because it wouldnt change anything for me.

Summer Stale.
I miss the old sales, when games had deep discounts and the deals cycled like every 2/4/6/8 hours.

youtube is a lot like telephone scammers.
The only winning move is to not to play, because anything you do just confirms existence and worsens experience.

I really fucking hate that, too. The algorithm is so fucking vile and evil.
I cant even watch the content i want to watch on youtube, like fishing and guns (with the exception of forgotten weapons and InRange, which the algorithm doesnt seem to view as gateways to right wing indoctrination), because if I so much as hover my mouse over one of the thumbnails of that kind of content, I immediately get blasted with 3 months of right wing extremist pseudo-intellectual diarrhea that I cant escape without completely resetting my browser.
but if I spend an evening watching retrogaming stuff? Oh fuck, Youtube just completely ignores that and pretends it never saw me show interest in that.

PirateSoftware is an enormous cunt.
And he makes no effort to hide it.
I genuinely don’t understand why he has such a rabid fanbase.

I can 100% see where you are coming from, and understand your position on it.
but I, personally, liked all the extra stuff to do, cause it let me take breaks from the story lines and fuck around whenever I wanted. Not saying you are wrong, or that I am right… Just a different preference. We can be, and both are, right for our perspectives of the game and how we wanted to play it.

Phillips is identified, in muricuh, by just the cross pattern hole.
JIS is a cross patterned hole, with a separate round indentation in one of the cross corners.
They are very close to each other, but not exact, and can round eachother out.
