      The CEO (Riccitellio) was golden showered out.

      Labor is taking the brunt of this. But this is a pretty major “restructuring”/“layoffs” that goes beyond “Well, they didn’t meet the sales expectations we assigned so fire them all” and is actually “serious”.

        Yeah, 1800 from a company that size is pretty alarming. It’s “we need to think about survival” over just plain cost cutting
